Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously, and therefore I adhere very strictly to the basic principles enshrined in both state and federal privacy legislation, and fully comply with the privacy requirements of the Code of Practice that all authorised marriage celebrants must abide by.

I collect no more information than is required to provide you with the service you have engaged me to deliver, and I do not share this information unless
  • it is necessary to do so to fulfil legal obligations, for example, to confirm your identity or register your marriage
  • you have approved of the sharing of private and personal information as part of your ceremony

I store copies of your identity documents and documents containing personal and/or identity information about you securely, and, when no longer required, dispose of them by shredding at a security level of DIN P-5 - which means each A4 page is shredded into a minimum of 2,074 tiny little pieces.

No personal information about you is collected through your use of this website.

If you have any questions about this privacy statement or about my practices, please contact me.
